May you allow me to share some of the content from my mock cg test sermon this coming wed.. i've entitled it 'extraordinary faith'. I am just going to summarise in this entry ya!
1) Extraordinary faith comes by praying and fasting.
Matt 17: 14-21
We can see Jesus could cast out the demon in the boy by His extraordinary faith because He has a strong prayer life and He commits Himself to fasting.
2) Extraordinary faith requires immediate actions.
Gen 22: 1-3
Abraham was quick to obey when God spoke to him to sacrifice his only son, Isaac. He is a man of great faith, because he trusted God so much he did not question but to take immediate actions.
Friends, let us desire to have this kind of EXTRAORDINARY FAITH! Do not just be satisfied with the faith level you have now, if you wanna go to greater heights, you need to have a different kind of faith in you, Amen? :-)
